Irene Smalls is a Harlem-born author, historian, filmmaker, and sleep health educator with an MBA in Behavioral Science from NYU and a BA from Cornell University. She holds a sleep consulting credential from the International Parenting and Health Institute / Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting.
Irene is the founder of SleepWiseHealth and BlackGirlsSleeping.com, an award-winning author of 15 published children's books, a TEDx speaker, Screen Actors Guild member, and two-time White House invitee.
